Without professing to understand the complexities of such matters Universal Asylum raises the urgent need to develop algorithmic style artificial intelligence systems capable of facilitating thorough & efficient multifactorial risk assessments in the formulation of policy surrounding clean energy systems if we wish to avoid the environmental catastrophe we currently face. This is yet another major world issue that will require global stability & consistency for there to be of much point in even bothering.
